The 5th Street Manor is located on the corner of East 5th Street and Library Street across from the centennial campus of East Carolina University in Greenville, NC.  Being in the historical district, the tree-lined street is made up of well maintained homes housing families, various student organizations, ECU offices as well as the chancellor and his family.

During the day, there is a steady stream of foot traffic, but as dusk settles in, the sounds of crickets and the breeze rustling the leaves can be heard. Along with private parking, you will sense the quiet and will be eager to return to the porch with a glass of wine to enjoy the end of the day.
